Aroma Yoga
Ease your way into the day with Aroma Yoga! Suitable for all levels this class will invigorate your senses and your body and will be complimented by the use of pure natural therapeutic grade essential oils. Starting with Meditation and Pranayama (breathing exercises) to build control of the breath and to open the airways ready for the day. We will then move through gently flowing yoga asana to revitalise the whole body.
